While conducting a brief late morning tour of the farm I noted a single Spotted Flycatcher at the south end of the old orchard. I watched for several minutes as it launched itself at flying insects before returning to the same perch. Other species observed included 2 Little Owl, c20 Goldfinch and single Common Buzzard, Red Kite and Kestrel.
